Frequently Asked Questions

Please follow these steps to join our live meetings:

1. Login to your profile with your email address/username and password.

2. Scroll up and click on Training Programmes link on the main menu. 

3. Click on title of training

Remember you are to click on the title and NOT the 'Continue training' button.

4. Scroll down the page and click on the Join meeting button

5. Wait in the Lobby to be added to the live meeting.

The criteria for a certificate of completion to be available for you to download is that you must have completed and passed all modules in your training programmed. You are also required to have attended a live training session with the live instructor and the instructor must have scored you as having passed the live training session. With this, you will be eligible to be issued a certificate and the certificate when generated will be available for you to download from your dashboard.

Here are the steps to download your certificate:

1. Click the profile icon to visit your User Profile page

2. If you have a certificate available for you, you will see it on your profile page

Click on the 'CERTIFICATE RECEIVED' as marked above.

3. Download your certificate

Click on the 'download' button as shown below, to download your certificate.

Visit this page, https://www.skills4lifeng.org/user/password and enter your username or email address. 

The website will send you a new password reset link.

Check your email, click on the link, complete your profile and set a password.

Save your profile.

You can now visit the Training Programmes page to buy access to a training or start your training if your account was pre-registered to a training.
